2004: Moli Hua Cha “Que She Jian”

“Little Bird Tongue” (literally the “tip of a sparrow’s tongue”) jasmine tea. A delicate variety of Fujian jasmine tea. Tiny dark green flat leaves, evenly rolled, typically with very few jasmine flowers. Nevertheless, this tea is outstanding for its penetrating jasmine aroma and strong taste. A slightly euphoric infusion, delicate even after repeated steepings.
